The Day I Realized I Wasn't Just a Bride, I Was a Coordinator

I didn’t fully understand what wedding coordination really meant until my own wedding, then, I started paying attention to everything happening around me at weddings.

The timelines running behind. The vendor confusion. The quiet stress the bride was trying so hard to hide. The way everyone kept asking, “What’s next?” like someone was supposed to magically have the answer. And somehow… I always did.

I would find myself stepping in naturally, fixing the flow, redirecting people, making decisions, smoothing out moments before they turned into problems. Not because I was asked to, but because I couldn’t not see what needed to be done.

That’s when it clicked. I wasn’t just someone who loved weddings. I wasn’t just a former bride imagining her own day. I was already coordinating without even realizing it.

I realized what I really care about isn’t just how a wedding looks, it’s how it feels when everything is actually working behind the scenes. The calm. The flow. The ability for a bride to stay present instead of managing chaos in real time.

That’s what led me here.

Now, I step into weddings with one goal: to make sure no bride has to carry the weight of the day on her shoulders. I handle the timing, the transitions, the vendors, and the unexpected moments so she can stay fully in her experience, exactly where she belongs.

Because I’ve seen what happens when no one is truly holding the flow together. And I’ve made it my job to make sure that never happens on your day.
